Description
Book: business record, light brown corduroy end boards with leather corners and spine edging, front board has inset gilt-stamped leather panel "Journal - Canadian Western Lumber Co.", inside front cover is label of G.A. Roedde, No. 1915. The inside of the end-boards are marbled, a buckram flyleaf following, holds approximately 465 ruled ledger sheets with handwritten ink entries, two mechanical screw on/off fasteners hold all securely together. (note: a later faded red felt pen date of 1919-1923 is written at top of front cover).
